Ann Caton helps leaders, teams and organizations live into their full potential. She is a certified executive coach, skilled facilitator, and trusted advisor in the domain of organization development. Her clients come from a wealth of industries and sectors, including air & space, technology, higher education, finance, healthcare, nonprofits and the public sector.

Ann’s coaching and consulting is grounded in deep leadership experience. As director of organization development for the Airlines Reporting Corporation, Ann helped ensure the alignment of structure, culture, skills, and processes with organizational vision. She led a series of strategies that increased employee engagement, satisfaction and morale, and earned two awards for her leadership and impact. Ann was previously a principal at the Potomac Group, where she delivered customized organization development services. In her first career, she founded and led mission-driven organizations.

Ann holds an MS in Organization Development from American University / NTL Institute, earned with distinction, and a BA in Latin American History from Cornell University. She is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program and credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. She is the recipient of a Segal-Seashore Fellowship, as well as an FDA ORISE Fellowship (Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education). Ann is published in polarity management and deeply trained in organization design and gestalt interventions. She is certified in MBTI, Crucial Conversations, Change Style Indicator and Hogan, and draws from all of these disciplines in her consulting work.
